Jim Angleton, President for AegisFS, created and established our Company as a result of the 2008 Banking & Financial Crisis. As a 30 year successful career Banker and Bank Partner, the Associates of Aegis FinServ Corp began consulting with Impaired US Banks that ultimately, were deemed failed Banks. AegisFS was approved as a Subcontractor for The FDIC and in a capacity of being “adverse or in-alignment”, they assisted exiting Bank Clients. We consult with Banks, Bank Board of Directors and provide pre/post exam reviews. We aid and assist the Banking, Borrowing Consumer with diverse consulting services. Each new assignment is accepted under case by case representation.
